Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary Executive Administrative Support to provide crucial support in their Washington, DC office!
Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling and calendaring for the head of their team.
- Handle expense reports, invoice processing, coordinate contracts, and other financial tasks.
- Provide meeting support through scheduling, agenda preparation, material assembly, note taking, and meeting minutes.
- Support event planning and ensure accessibility for webpages and documents.
- Special projects and other tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of strong administrative or executive support experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, but not required.
- Proficiencies in MS Office, Concur, Zoom and other standard softwares.
- Self-starter with a high level of confidentiality able to effectively anticipate needs.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills with flexibility and strong judgement.
Compensation & Position Information:
- Pays $25/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 2-3 months with a strong potential for the assignment to extend.
- Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm.
- Metro accessible office in Washington, DC!
