Science-based Hedge Fund/Private Equity firm located in Greenwich, CT is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will require 5 days on-site from 8:30am-5:00pm with some flexibility after hours as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone living in the Westchester or Connecticut area looking to jump-start their administrative career with a great, intelligent team that works well together!
Responsibilities:
- Managing complex calendars
- Scheduling conferences
- Booking appointments
- Preparing international and domestic travel arrangements
- Office support – Assist with office events, including dinners, team outings, supplies, and office and gym upkeep etc.
- Ensure a professional and clean work environment, and works with building management to maintain standards.
- Ad hoc projects as needed by the team
Requirements:
- A few years’ experience is preferred but can be open to the right individual eager to learn the business.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role (event planning, service industry, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Compensation/Benefits:
- 70K-80K DOE + Bonus + Paid OT
