Our client, a prominent insurance organization, is seeking a contract Relationship Coordinator to join their Operations team. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, a high level of ownership, and experience navigating claims or service operations in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job:
- Resolve common, complex, and escalated provider and member claims issues from start to finish
- Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between internal teams and partner healthcare plans to ensure end-to-end issue resolution
- Track inquiries, perform root cause analysis, and report trends and findings to management
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution and compliance with servicing and turnaround requirements
- Identify claims adjudication trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support and recommend process enhancements across Commercial and Government operations
- Collect issue-related insights to support member and provider education initiatives
About You:
- 2+ years of claims or service operations experience, blue card experience is required for this role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to meet strict turnaround times
- Working knowledge of inter-plan policies, healthcare processing standards, and systems
- Experience supporting a range of healthcare products, including Commercial and Government offerings
- Preferred: experience developing or supporting customized education initiatives within healthcare
This opportunity is contracted for 6 months, and will work on a hybrid basis out of the organization’s Philadelphia headquarters. It is offering up to $28/hour depending on experience.
