Our client, a science-based hedge fund/private equity firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the COO and provide additional office support across the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 8:30am-5:00pm, fully onsite in Greenwich, CT.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference logistics
- Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Assist with office operations, including event planning, supply management, and vendor coordination
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment in collaboration with building management
- Support ad hoc projects and provide backup assistance to other administrative staff
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-3+ years of administrative experience; open to industry background
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Proactive, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $85K base salary + bonus
