Our client is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leaders within a dynamic and entrepreneurial team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to act as a strategic partner while managing administrative responsibilities. The hours are 8:30am-5:00pm (must be accessible via email after hours) and the role is onsite, 5 days per week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to four executives (MD, Director, and two Principals)
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting (AmEx and Concur)
- Coordinate client meetings, speaking engagements, and special projects
- Act as a proactive partner, anticipating needs and connecting the dots across business priorities
- Support entrepreneurial initiatives and adapt to evolving processes within a fluid environment
- Assist with operational tasks and contribute to strategic projects as needed
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in financial services or related industries
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur; experience with travel coordination
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; entrepreneurial mindset preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $110K base salary + bonus + paid overtime + stock options
