Our client, a leading global alternative asset manager headquartered in Midtown East, is looking for a long-term temp Administrative Assistant to support 6 professionals on their Private Wealth Marketing Team. This role starts ASAP (as soon as we find the right person) with a fully open-ended temp contract. The hours are 8:30am-6pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) + OT/ availability to check email after hours as needed. This role is fully onsite Monday – Friday. Hourly pay rate is up to $45/hr DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management – scheduling/rescheduling calls and meetings for team
- Booking travel
- Reconciling expenses.
- Answering the phones.
- Helping with event coordination.
- Ad hoc administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of solid administrative experience (preferably out of professional services and/or finance).
- Experience supporting a team of professionals.
- Concur experience required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Heavy scheduling experience.
- Team player.
- Degree preferred.
