Our client, an investment management firm with a focus on sustainability, is seeking a Long Term Temp Executive Assistant to Head of Fundraising and team in their NYC office. The estimated temp period is 4+ months. The hours are 9/9:30am-6pm and this role is hybrid with Monday – Thursday in the office with Fridays remote.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-touch administrative support to a team of investment professionals
- Manage heavy Outlook scheduling and calendars
- Coordinate extensive international and domestic travel arrangements
- Track and submit expenses through Concur
- Interact with clients over the phone, email and in person
- Assist administrative team with event planning, special projects, and various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- BA/BS required
- 5-7+ years of senior-level EA Support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in a high-growth company is required
- Ideal candidate will be responsive and be able to pivot
- Demonstrating discretion and good judgement in all situations
Pay:
- $65-$75/hour DOE
