Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two Managing Directors within the Wealth Insurance Business. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm (with overtime and access to email after hours expected), and the role is onsite, five days a week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to two Managing Directors
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Process expense reports and maintain compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with senior EAs and internal partners to ensure seamless execution of priorities
- Assist with project management and special initiatives as needed
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur preferred
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; proactive and resourceful
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $120K base salary + bonus + paid overtime + stock options
