Our client is on the lookout for a talented Executive & Personal Assistant to support their CEO. In this temporary to permanent role, you’ll have the chance to work alongside industry leaders and pave the way for a rewarding career.
About the Job:
- Manage ever-changing complex calendars and multi-stop travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas; take meeting minutes and disseminate action items in follow-up.
- Serve as a point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support charitable donations, external board needs, computer issues, and personal appointments.
- Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
About You:
- 15+ years of executive or law firm support experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with both personal and professional support.
- Experience with coordinating international/domestic travel, scheduling across time zones, and frequently rebooking travel.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
About the Position
- $45/hr-$48/hr, while temporary.
- $100k-$125k, when permanent, depending on experience.
- Hours are 8am-5pm.
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
