Our client is on the lookout for a talented Executive & Personal Assistant to support their CEO. In this temporary to permanent role, you’ll have the chance to work alongside industry leaders and pave the way for a rewarding career.

About the Job:

  • Manage ever-changing complex calendars and multi-stop travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas; take meeting minutes and disseminate action items in follow-up.
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support charitable donations, external board needs, computer issues, and personal appointments.
  • Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.

About You:

  • 15+ years of executive or law firm support experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience with both personal and professional support.
  • Experience with coordinating international/domestic travel, scheduling across time zones, and frequently rebooking travel.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

About the Position

  • $45/hr-$48/hr, while temporary.
  • $100k-$125k, when permanent, depending on experience.
  • Hours are 8am-5pm.
  • 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
