A growing Technology company is in search of a Recruiting Coordinator to support their expanding talent acquisition efforts! They are looking for someone who can ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and supporting fast-moving recruiting operations. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a positive hiring experience.
- Support recruiters by reviewing resumes and helping manage applicant flow through the ATS, Greenhouse.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in internal systems.
- Assist with job postings and sourcing workflows.
- Prepare interview materials and ensure ongoing communication with hiring managers.
- Provide onboarding assistance to new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the recruiting or onboarding process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with Greenhouse (ATS) required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high‑volume scheduling and shifting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior exposure to recruiting in tech, robotics, or startup environments is a plus.
