Our client, a respected insurance company located in Boston, is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join their team for a 3+ month contract. The role has hours from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and offers a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite and 1 remote day (Friday). It is compensating $21 an hour within a supportive, people‑focused environment. Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, text, and chat regarding insurance inquiries
- Ensure every customer interaction results in a positive experience
- Develop in‑depth knowledge of the company’s insurance products
- Accurately enter and update policy information in internal systems
- Build strong relationships with customers, agents, and team members
- Learn continuously and apply new knowledge to future interactions
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving ability and customer‑focused mindset
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
