Our client, a global investment firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temp-to-Perm Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will start as soon as they find the right fit and will operate on an in-office schedule between the hours of 8am-5/5:30pm with flexibility and is full-time onsite. Compensation is up to $115K.
Responsibilities:
- Manage extensive diary and travel arrangements
- Facilitate meetings by preparing documents and materials
- Organize itineraries and ensure streamlined scheduling
- Handle emails, correspondence, and queries
- Manage expense reports
- Screen calls and distribute correspondence
- Support the Office Manager
- Meet & greet clients and visitors
- Coordinate meeting rooms
- Liaise with building reception for guest access
- Coordinate lunches for external guests and senior staff
- Ensure office and kitchen supplies are stocked
- Assist with printing and ad hoc needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years as an Executive Assistant (PE/Financial/Professional services preferred)
- Strong Outlook and MS Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive
- Able to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Strong time management
- Able to work with limited direction
- Willing to check/respond to emails outside office hours
- Self-starter; willing to go the extra mile
