We are seeking an experienced and highly trusted Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President and Chairman. This role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can seamlessly manage both business and personal responsibilities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level executive and personal support to the President and Chairman
- Manage complex professional and personal calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal commitments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and confirmations
- Handle logistics for meetings, events, and special activities (business and personal)
- Serve as a key point of contact, managing communications and prioritizing requests with professionalism and discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges
- Assist with special projects and a variety of administrative and organizational duties as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all personal and business matters
Qualifications & Education
Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma/GED with relevant experience and/or trade school training
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a CEO and/or C‑level executive in both professional and personal capacities
Education or training in project management, organizational, and/or administrative disciplines
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, executive environment
