Our client, a global investment management firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temporary to Permanent Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will serve on a trial basis for 4-6 months to help cover a maternity leave and will go permanent if the person is a good fit. This person will operate on a hybrid schedule between the hours of 9am-5pm. Compensation is 85-95K once permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to data analysis initiatives and workflow optimization
- Prepare broker review prep packs from multiple data sources
- Assist in creating internal/external presentations (data, content, formatting)
- Coordinate meetings with corporate executives, industry experts, government entities; manage roadshows, conferences, trips
- Serve as point of contact for CEOs, CFOs, C‑suite and Investor Relations
- Support quarterly marketing materials
- Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Finance on research services relationships
- Partner across Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Tech for program integration
- Basic admin tasks: scheduling, call setup, calendar management, call listening, time zone coordination
- Plan travel and prepare materials/decks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; finance/business/econ preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver
- Strong judgment and integrity
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau/Snowflake/GenAI a plus
- Ability to synthesize data into insights
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Tech-comfortable and quick learner
