Our client, an impressive nonpartisan think tank based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the strategic initiatives surrounding their HRIS (Workday)!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the leadership liaison across HR, IT, and Payroll teams.
- Develop a strategic governance structure to optimize Workday and continuously stay on top of improvements.
- Lead change management and prepare the organization for new implementation roll-outs with training and engagement initiatives.
- Use expertise with Workday to provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Reporting into the Director of Total Rewards, you will build out the new HRIS team..
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience is required.
- A bachelors degree in HR or a similar field is required; masters degree preferred.
- Workday HCM Certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience overseeing Workday, understanding modules, and collaborating across HR, IT and Payroll teams.
About the Role:
- Salary range of $140K-$155K (DOE)
