Our client, a mission-based non-profit, is seeking a Part-time Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel for senior leaders
- Track daily deliverables and support timely responses to emails and meeting requests
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize competing demands using sound judgment
- Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, reports, briefing materials, and other written deliverables
- Coordinate team meetings and events, including logistics, agendas, and materials
- Support administrative operations and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Assist with special projects and cross‑functional coordination as needed
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Asana or a similar project management software is required for this role
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior‑level executives
- Proven discretion handling confidential and sensitive information
- Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Asana experience preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temporary for ~6-months, with potential to extend!
- $35-$38/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm
