Our client, a community driven non-profit organization, is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Coordinate recruiting and onboarding operations from offer through new hire start
- Manage talent acquisition communications via Workday inbox and Slack
- Maintain accurate recruiting and employee data in Workday
- Support compliance processes (I 9s, background checks, documentation)
- Track hiring activity, onboarding progress, and basic TA metrics
- Manage external postings for seasonal roles, internships, and fellowships as needed
- Assist with internship and fellowship program coordination
About You:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Discreet when handling sensitive information
About The Position:
- $32-$36/hr
- Temporary for 3-4 months with potential to extend
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
