Our client, a community driven non-profit organization, is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

  • Coordinate recruiting and onboarding operations from offer through new hire start
  • Manage talent acquisition communications via Workday inbox and Slack
  • Maintain accurate recruiting and employee data in Workday
  • Support compliance processes (I 9s, background checks, documentation)
  • Track hiring activity, onboarding progress, and basic TA metrics
  • Manage external postings for seasonal roles, internships, and fellowships as needed
  • Assist with internship and fellowship program coordination

About You:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Discreet when handling sensitive information

About The Position:

  • $32-$36/hr
  • Temporary for 3-4 months with potential to extend
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
