Our client, a consulting firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend or go permanent in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide high-level support to the CEO
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel (air, hotel, itineraries)
- Serve as a gatekeeper and respond to emails on behalf of CEO
- Prepare meeting materials and manage expense reports
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and executive priorities
About You:
- 7+ years of senior-level administrative or executive support experience
- Proven experience supporting high-level executives
- Strong experience coordinating international and domestic travel
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a “no task too small” attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with discretion handling sensitive information
About The Position:
- Temp pay: $30-$40/hr – depending on experience
- Perm Salary Range: $100K-$120K
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
- 100% onsite
