Our client, a consulting firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend or go permanent in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

  • Provide high-level support to the CEO
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel (air, hotel, itineraries)
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and respond to emails on behalf of CEO
  • Prepare meeting materials and manage expense reports
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and executive priorities

About You:

  • 7+ years of senior-level administrative or executive support experience
  • Proven experience supporting high-level executives
  • Strong experience coordinating international and domestic travel
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a “no task too small” attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with discretion handling sensitive information

About The Position:

  • Temp pay: $30-$40/hr – depending on experience
  • Perm Salary Range: $100K-$120K
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
  • 100% onsite
