Our client, an insurance company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent in Falls Church, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the CEO
- Coordinate domestic and international travel (air, hotel, itineraries)
- Serve as a gatekeeper and manage communications on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare meeting materials and presentation decks
- Track expenses, invoices, and contracts
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and executive priorities
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree is required!
- 5+ years of C-level executive support experience required
- Proven experience supporting senior executives
- Strong experience coordinating travel and managing complex schedules
- Strong judgment with ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: Temporary, with the possibility of perm
- $38-$45/hr while temporary
- Perm Salary Range: $85K-95K
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
- 100% onsite in Falls Church, VA
