Our client, an association, is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide direct administrative and executive support to the CEO
- Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including booking flights and handling logistics
- Oversee expense reporting using Expensify
- Serve as a liaison with internal team members and external stakeholders
- Support general team operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Assist with administrative tasks, event coordination, and ad hoc projects as needed
About You:
- Poven experience supporting senior executives
- Highly self-directed with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
- Comfortable working in a policy-focused or association setting
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Professional presence with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Expensify required
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $24-$27/hr
- Schedule: 10 hours per week
- Hybrid: 1 day onsite
