Our client, a global nonprofit organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Serve as a key point of contact supporting partners with communication, scheduling, and client coordination
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, and coordinate meetings and logistics
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and related logistics
- Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, presentations, and documents
- Support events, meetings, and team functions, including vendor coordination and logistics
- Assist with office operations, facilities coordination, and backup front office support as needed
About You:
- 3-5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders or professional teams
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and related tools
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or nonprofit environments preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- $29-$33/hr
- Perm Salary Range: $70K-$75K
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday)
