Our client, a global nonprofit organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

  • Serve as a key point of contact supporting partners with communication, scheduling, and client coordination
  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, and coordinate meetings and logistics
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and related logistics
  • Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence, presentations, and documents
  • Support events, meetings, and team functions, including vendor coordination and logistics
  • Assist with office operations, facilities coordination, and backup front office support as needed

About You:

  • 3-5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders or professional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and related tools
  • Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or nonprofit environments preferred

About The Position:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • $29-$33/hr
  • Perm Salary Range: $70K-$75K
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday)
