Our client is seeking a polished, adaptable Executive Assistant to support a fast‑growing fintech startup at the intersection of private equity, investment banking, and technology. This is a true catch‑all EA role supporting a client‑facing sales team during a key growth phase, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and startup energy paired with a professional‑services mindset. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive‑level administrative support to a team, including calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and last‑minute changes
- Process expenses accurately and in a timely manner
- Support client‑facing activities, including meeting coordination and preparation
- Assist with projects related to sales operations, marketing materials, and internal initiatives
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Act as a flexible, hands‑on support resource in a growing startup environment
- Proactively identify gaps and take ownership of administrative and operational needs
Qualifications:
- Open on years of experience; strong junior to mid‑level EA profiles encouraged
- Background in professional services, finance, consulting, or startups is a plus
- Solid calendar, travel, and expense management experience
- Polished, proactive, and adaptable working style
- Comfortable supporting senior leadership in a fast‑moving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $85K-$120K base salary + discretionary bonus
