About the Job:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the office and team
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics for staff and consultants
- Manage billing processes, expense reports, and reimbursement tracking
- Support communications, including preparing emails, distributing materials, and responding to inquiries
- Help improve internal processes and procedures
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience (including internships), ideally supporting multiple projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a customer service mindset and ability to handle competing priorities
- Comfortable working with databases and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google tools is a plus
About the Position:
- $45K-$55K + benefits
- Small and collegial office environment with cyclical work and tasks (hands on training provided!)
- Hybrid schedule – 3 days on-site
