Our client, a healthcare association, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their impactful team! If you are a self-starter who is excited to grow your career in office operations and admin, apply now!

About the Job:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the office and team
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics for staff and consultants
  • Manage billing processes, expense reports, and reimbursement tracking
  • Support communications, including preparing emails, distributing materials, and responding to inquiries
  • Help improve internal processes and procedures

About You:

  • 2+ years of administrative or coordinator experience (including internships), ideally supporting multiple projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a customer service mindset and ability to handle competing priorities
  • Comfortable working with databases and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google tools is a plus

About the Position:

  • $45K-$55K + benefits
  • Small and collegial office environment with cyclical work and tasks (hands on training provided!)
  • Hybrid schedule – 3 days on-site
