A highly respected and growing manufacturing company located in the northern suburbs of Chicago is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Assistant. This position is temporary-to-hire. This growing organization is looking for a candidate that will make an immediate impact and play a crucial role in the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter sales data (e.g., quotes, orders, account edits) into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Maintain database quality by identifying and correcting data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
• Provide general data entry support across many teams on an as-needed basis
• Communicate and cooperate in a productive manner with all departments
• As needed, communicate and gather orders from Customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Efficiently use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting with a diverse group of co-workers, managers, and outside parties
