Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a recruiting coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Provide administrative and operational support to the staff recruiting team
* Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the process
* Liaise with external recruiting partners and search firms
* Draft and prepare offer letters and related documentation
* Assist with candidate tracking and recruiting data management
* Support sourcing efforts, including LinkedIn research and candidate outreach as needed
* Contribute to team projects and provide general administrative support
About You:
* Prior recruiting coordination or administrative experience required
* Law firm experience strongly preferred
* Experience with scheduling and candidate communication
* LinkedIn sourcing or recruiting experience preferred
* Strong communication skills and professional presence
* Comfortable handling administrative tasks and supporting recruiting efforts
* Ability to work independently in a professional environment
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP
* $30-$35/hr
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
* Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite
