Front Desk/Administrative Assistant
Location: Dallas, TX (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Our client, a well-established public accounting and wealth management firm, is seeking a bubbly, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their collaborative Client Services team. This is a highly visible front-office role responsible for creating a positive experience for both clients and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-facing point of contact for clients and visitors
- Answer and route incoming calls (professional and confident phone presence required)
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room calendars
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and assist with check handling and bank deposits
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with new client setup and documentation
- Support administrative projects and general office operations
- Operate office equipment (printers, copiers, postage, etc.)
- Provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of administrative/front office experience
- Background in public accounting, law firm, or financial services highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Comfortable handling client names and communications with accuracy and care
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred:
- Additional administrative experience in a professional services setting
- Basic Excel skills
