Front Desk/Administrative Assistant

Location: Dallas, TX (Fully Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established public accounting and wealth management firm, is seeking a bubbly, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their collaborative Client Services team. This is a highly visible front-office role responsible for creating a positive experience for both clients and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a front-facing point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Answer and route incoming calls (professional and confident phone presence required)
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference room calendars
  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and assist with check handling and bank deposits
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with new client setup and documentation
  • Support administrative projects and general office operations
  • Operate office equipment (printers, copiers, postage, etc.)
  • Provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of administrative/front office experience
  • Background in public accounting, law firm, or financial services highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Comfortable handling client names and communications with accuracy and care
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred:

  • Additional administrative experience in a professional services setting
  • Basic Excel skills
