Our client, a global law firm located in Hudson Yards, is looking for a Temporary Office Coordinator to join their team. This position will start as soon as possible and will operate on an in-office schedule between the hours of 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Compensation is up to $27/hour
Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume of mail
- Printing and managing documents
- Maintain and handle confidential client information
- Set up conference rooms
- Assist with general office coordination tasks
- Support Office Manager with daily operations
- Manage sensitive communications and documents with discretion
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of Office Manager or Office Coordinator experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Experience in a corporate or client-facing environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team-player mentality
- Hospitality background is a plus
- IT support experience is a plus
