A highly regarded and fast-growing real estate firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives on organization, anticipates needs, and operates with a high level of discretion. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner closely with executive leadership and play a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple senior executives
- Prepare daily briefing materials and ensure executives are aligned on priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
- Serve as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including conference room logistics and materials
- Assist with expense reporting and tracking reimbursements
- Maintain organized files, records, and contact databases
- Support ad hoc projects and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
- Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of leadership
Qualifications
- 4+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to interact across all levels of an organization
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, reprioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
