Our client, a professional association within the legal field, is seeking a Nonprofit Program Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Serve as a first point of contact for clients, managing in-person and phone intakes
- Assess client needs and provide referrals to appropriate legal services
- Maintain case records, data entry, and reporting in internal systems (CRM preferred)
- Support legal clinics and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site programs
- Assist attorneys with administrative support, client coordination, and case-related tasks
- Manage office operations including supplies, scheduling, and daily workflow coordination
- Support documentation updates, reporting requirements, and process improvements
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/database experience preferred (Salesforce a plus)
- Experience working in nonprofit or legal services environment preferred
- Additional language skills a plus
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: 1 year
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (35 hours/week)
- $24-$26/hr
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite
