Our client, a professional association within the legal field, is seeking a Nonprofit Program Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients, managing in-person and phone intakes
  • Assess client needs and provide referrals to appropriate legal services
  • Maintain case records, data entry, and reporting in internal systems (CRM preferred)
  • Support legal clinics and coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site programs
  • Assist attorneys with administrative support, client coordination, and case-related tasks
  • Manage office operations including supplies, scheduling, and daily workflow coordination
  • Support documentation updates, reporting requirements, and process improvements

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/database experience preferred (Salesforce a plus)
  • Experience working in nonprofit or legal services environment preferred
  • Additional language skills a plus

About The Position:

  • Start Date: ASAP!
  • Duration: 1 year
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (35 hours/week)
  • $24-$26/hr
  • Hybrid: 2 days onsite
