Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Hybrid (Monday-Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote)
Hours: 40-45 Hours per Week
Duration: 5-6 Month Contract
Pay: $30-$40/hour

About the Opportunity

Beacon Hill is partnering with a highly respected professional services firm to identify an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager for a contract opportunity beginning in October 2026. This role will provide critical support to senior leadership while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a professional office environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys supporting multiple high-level executives, and can confidently manage shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Support

  • Provide administrative support to approximately 6-7 senior leaders, including Managing Directors and executive leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Manage communications and follow-up action items.
  • Prioritize competing requests and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for a 25-30 person office.
  • Manage office supplies, refreshments, kitchen stocking, and general workplace needs.
  • Coordinate conference rooms, office meetings, and catering orders.
  • Support office events and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure the office remains organized, professional, and fully operational.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for office-related needs and requests.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred

  • Experience within professional services, consulting, financial services, investment banking, or advisory environments.
  • Previous office management experience.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
