Executive Assistant & Office Manager (October 2026 Start | 5-6 Month Contract)

Schedule: Hybrid (Monday-Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote)
Hours: 40-45 Hours per Week

About the Opportunity
Beacon Hill is partnering with a highly respected professional services firm to identify an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager for a contract opportunity beginning in October 2026. This role will provide critical support to senior leadership while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a professional office environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys supporting multiple high-level executives, and can confidently manage shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Support
- Provide administrative support to approximately 6-7 senior leaders, including Managing Directors and executive leadership.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Manage communications and follow-up action items.
- Prioritize competing requests and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a 25-30 person office.
- Manage office supplies, refreshments, kitchen stocking, and general workplace needs.
- Coordinate conference rooms, office meetings, and catering orders.
- Support office events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure the office remains organized, professional, and fully operational.
- Serve as a key point of contact for office-related needs and requests.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
- Experience within professional services, consulting, financial services, investment banking, or advisory environments.
- Previous office management experience.
- Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
