Our client, a biotech company located in Boston, is seeking an Office Coordinator to support daily operations. This is a fully onsite role (5 days/week) with hours of 9AM-5PM and offering $26/hour. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage office supply inventory, vendors, and organization of shared spaces
- Distribute mail, maintain files, and support general office administration
- Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting employees, visitors, and stakeholders
- Schedule meetings, trainings, and coordinate company events, including logistics and catering
- Assist with onboarding coordination, including workspace setup and orientation
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Partner with executive support staff and leadership as needed
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of office administration, operations, or HR support experience
- Professional, personable, and customer-service oriented demeanor
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact across all levels of an organization
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Proactive, team-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
