Our client, a well-established nonprofit organization in Concord, MA, is seeking a Part Time Executive Assistant to join their team. This fully onsite role has hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM, and will potentially convert to a permanent position. It is compensating up to $30/hour and offers free onsite parking. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and handle meeting logistics
- Set up and troubleshoot audiovisual (AV) equipment for presentations
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute summaries and action items
- Process expense reports accurately and efficiently
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and maintain Excel reports and spreadsheets
- Conduct research and gather information to support leadership decision-making
- Coordinate catering and food arrangements for meetings and special events
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of Executive Assistant or related administrative experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
