Our client is seeking a polished, service‑oriented Receptionist to support a high‑traffic office within a leading global private equity firm. This is a front‑of‑house, hospitality‑driven role combining reception, office operations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and thrives in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment where attention to detail and presentation are critical. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional flexibility for overtime, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary front‑of‑house presence, welcoming clients, visitors, and employees
- Deliver a white‑glove hospitality experience, including offering refreshments and managing guest needs
- Manage front desk operations including phone coverage, visitor registration, and internal communications
- Coordinate conference rooms, meeting logistics, and catering
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common areas
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
- Partner with Facilities, IT, and vendors to support office operations
- Assist with onboarding logistics, office moves, and seating coordination
- Provide support across reception desks and assist with broader office needs
- Contribute to event coordination and internal engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a corporate reception or administrative support role
- Strong customer service mindset with polished, client‑facing presence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional, reliable, and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $70K-$80K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
