Our client is seeking a polished, service‑oriented Receptionist to support a high‑traffic office within a leading global private equity firm. This is a front‑of‑house, hospitality‑driven role combining reception, office operations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and thrives in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment where attention to detail and presentation are critical. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional flexibility for overtime, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary front‑of‑house presence, welcoming clients, visitors, and employees
  2. Deliver a white‑glove hospitality experience, including offering refreshments and managing guest needs
  3. Manage front desk operations including phone coverage, visitor registration, and internal communications
  4. Coordinate conference rooms, meeting logistics, and catering
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common areas
  6. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
  7. Partner with Facilities, IT, and vendors to support office operations
  8. Assist with onboarding logistics, office moves, and seating coordination
  9. Provide support across reception desks and assist with broader office needs
  10. Contribute to event coordination and internal engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

  1. 2-3+ years of experience in a corporate reception or administrative support role
  2. Strong customer service mindset with polished, client‑facing presence
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
  6. Professional, reliable, and punctual with strong work ethic
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation/Benefits:

  1. Up to $70K-$80K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
  2. Annual profit-sharing contribution
