Job Details:

  • Location: Bloomington, MN
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday in office
  • Work Model: Permanent employee
  • Compensation: 60k-70k DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level administrative support to the Regional President, who serves as a direct report to the CEO.
  • Oversee calendar management, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and ensure scheduling priorities are effectively managed.
  • Create and maintain business materials including reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Organize office operations, special events, and internal communications to support a productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and departmental documentation.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Regional President’s leadership team, including six direct reports, assisting with coordination of key initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience providing executive or administrative support in a professional business environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
