Our client, a global law firm with an office in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct hire Lateral Recruiting Manager to join their busy and continuously growing firm!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of lateral attorney recruitment.
- Identify candidates through active sourcing and manage relationships with agency partners.
- Coordinate interviews, assess evaluations, and handle offer negotiations.
- Collaborates internally with the Director of Legal Recruiting and hiring managers across the firm.
- Serve as a hiring resource to attorneys and managers about the due diligence process and preparing them for onboarding and orientation for lateral hires.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant law firm/lateral recruiting experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience utilizing an ATS and additional souring tools; LawCruit experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
Position Information:
- $160K-$200K (DOE) + a comprehensive benefits package!
- 4 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
