Our client, a global law firm with an office in Washington, DC, is seeking a direct hire Lateral Recruiting Manager to join their busy and continuously growing firm!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of lateral attorney recruitment.
  • Identify candidates through active sourcing and manage relationships with agency partners.
  • Coordinate interviews, assess evaluations, and handle offer negotiations.
  • Collaborates internally with the Director of Legal Recruiting and hiring managers across the firm.
  • Serve as a hiring resource to attorneys and managers about the due diligence process and preparing them for onboarding and orientation for lateral hires.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant law firm/lateral recruiting experience is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience utilizing an ATS and additional souring tools; LawCruit experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.

Position Information:

  • $160K-$200K (DOE) + a comprehensive benefits package!
  • 4 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
  • Perk: 4 weeks of fully remote work offered throughout the year!
