Job Details
- Location: Bloomington, MN
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, regular business hours
- Work Model: Hybrid 2-3 days on-site
- Compensation: $45-$65 DOE
Position Overview
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for Data Center-related positions across the U.S., primarily focused on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines. Typical compensation for these opportunities ranges from approximately $100K-$300K annually.
Key positions supported include:
- Electrical Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer
- MEP Project Manager
- MEP Coordinator
- Electrical Superintendent
- Mechanical Superintendent
- Plumbing Superintendent
This role will manage a requisition load of approximately 20-30 openings at any given time.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, interview, and present highly qualified candidates for specialized Data Center positions.
- Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the interview and offer stages.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
- Recruit for niche, highly specialized roles within competitive talent markets where candidates are frequently approached by multiple recruiters.
- Create compelling outreach strategies that effectively differentiate opportunities in the market.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and requisition updates within Workday.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting experience within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms.
- Workday experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to identify and engage passive talent while building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines.
- Strong track record of successfully recruiting for hard-to-fill, specialized positions.
