Our client, a global law firm, is seeking an Administrative & Operations Assistant to join their growing office in Washington, DC!
About The Job:
- Support the Director of Administration and Facilities/Hospitality teams with daily office operations, events, logistics, and administrative needs
- Help coordinate attorney and staff events, meetings, receptions, socials, and holiday gatherings
- Assist with expenses, invoices, budgeting, administrative documents, office lists, and operations databases
- Serve as a liaison between building management, vendors, office services, and employees
- Support onboarding and other administrative projects as needed
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative, operations, or office management experience
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or office activities preferred
- Previous law firm or professional services experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
About The Position:
- Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 (DOE)
- Hybrid Schedule: 4 days onsite
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
