Our client, a global law firm, is seeking an Administrative & Operations Assistant to join their growing office in Washington, DC!

About The Job:

  • Support the Director of Administration and Facilities/Hospitality teams with daily office operations, events, logistics, and administrative needs
  • Help coordinate attorney and staff events, meetings, receptions, socials, and holiday gatherings
  • Assist with expenses, invoices, budgeting, administrative documents, office lists, and operations databases
  • Serve as a liaison between building management, vendors, office services, and employees
  • Support onboarding and other administrative projects as needed

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of administrative, operations, or office management experience
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or office activities preferred
  • Previous law firm or professional services experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

About The Position:

  • Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 (DOE)
  • Hybrid Schedule: 4 days onsite
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Metro Accessible in the heart of DC!
