Our client, a mission driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Mt Vernon, Virginia,
About The Job:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to develop recruiting strategies and support workforce planning
- Recruit for a wide range of corporate, operational, hospitality, retail, and administrative positions
- Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruiting metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support talent acquisition initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting both professional and frontline operational roles
- Strong sourcing, high-volume recruiting, and talent pipeline development experience
- ATS experience required; Paycom and/or Paycor preferred
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance, employment laws, and hiring best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $35-$38/hr
- Permanent Salary: $75K-$85K
- 100% onsite in Mount Vernon, VA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
