Private Wealth Fund located in Midtown, Manhattan is looking for a Long-Term Temporary Receptionist to commit on an open-ended basis. This environment takes a lot of pride in creating a hospitable environment and providing white glove service to guests and employees.
This role will operate five days/week on-site between 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility and reachability needed before/after hours and weekends. Compensation is up to $27/hour DOE.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet employees and incoming guests, providing a white glove service experience
- Add visitors into the security system, ensure meeting rooms are prepped
- Manage conference room schedules, provide general office support as needed
- Assist VPs with expense management and processing in a timely manner
- Provide general office management and support
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications
- Strong presentation, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with VIP-type guests
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
