Pay: $24.00 – $29.50/hour
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support operational hiring initiatives and serve as a key partner to hiring managers across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, identifying top talent, and helping improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of operational and corporate positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through networking, educational institutions, professional organizations, referral sources, and other recruiting channels
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist with employer branding and recruiting marketing initiatives
- Support improvements to recruiting systems, processes, and workflows
- Compile recruiting metrics and generate reports to support hiring decisions
- Provide guidance regarding employment policies, procedures, and recruiting best practices
- Deliver recruiting-related communications and training to managers and employees
- Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Stay current on employment laws, talent acquisition trends, and industry best practices
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Preferred
- Corporate or internal recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience supporting operational, field, or high-volume hiring
- Experience with recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
